What do we mean when we ask, "How much influence does your customer have on your dealership?"
The traditional method of looking at a customer prior to DealerMine, is to pull up the file in your DMS or other third party product, and look at the one dimensional view of who that customer is. What I am referring to here is that you can see the customer's vehicles, service history, etc.
However, wouldn't it be nice to see how influential this customer is in relation to another one of your customer(s)? Our unique Insight product will show you who the customer knows, and how much influence the customer has on your other customers, in real time. You will now see a second dimension to this customer that younever realized or had for comparison sakes in the past. The better you get to know the customer, the more you will see the customer's real impact on your dealership.
We also introduce a third dimension, but you need to talk to us to learn about this one. We don't want to share everything in public.
CSI
Although it is important to have a favourable CSI score with your manufacturer, it is equally as important to have a good CSI score with each of your customers.
