New Product in Beta

DealerMine is proud to Introduce our brand new Service CRM product which has been rolled out to a few dealers in Beta version. The product gives the end user a fresh look and is 100% web based. Below is a sneak peek at a few of the new screens. You will notice that the signature DealerMine components are there but the overall look and feel has been given a facelift. The product seamlessly integrates bi-directionly with ERA, ADP and ARKONA, and continues to perform the same one way integration with PBS, DIS, QUORUM, AMCAM, and SERTI.

Note: All of our existing customers get the new product as part of your existing contract. There are no additional costs.

The New Profile Screen

Our new profile screen layout is similar to the original DealerMine product. We built the screen to be cleaner and we took the approach of less is more. What you will notice right away is that the core components that you need to properly manage a call are all present. If you are looking for more detail such as Fax number, city etc., we have placed that behind the click of the Customer Name.

The New Appointment Pad

The appointment pad has many new features above and beyond a new look and feel. The system does all the thinking for you and picks an appointment date and time for you. The appointment pad is drag and drop.  ie: you can drag an appointment from one time slot to another and it will write to your dms (ERA/ADP/ARKONA) as well as to DealerMine.  Making your DMS and DealerMine one system.

Customer Search

The new customer search screen will now search on what sounds like your search.  For example if you type Bob you will also get Robert.  The new system also merges multiple customers into one file. So for example if you have 5 Bob Smiths in your DMS, DealerMine will give you the ability to easily merge those into one customer file within DealerMine making it easier for you to see all the vehicles, history, contact history etc for all files on one screen merged together as if they were one file.

Social Media Integration

Social Media is a big part of building customer relationships. Now when you look at the new customer profile screen with an attached  twitter account on the file, the system will bring up the social media conversations that the customer is currently engaged in. This is a good feature to help you find common ground when building relationships with customers.

We will be updating this page frequently so you are kept current as to the new changes that are coming. Soon we will be releasing dates and before you know it you will be taking advantage of the great new features we have built for you.
