Now you can extend what you have come to love about DealerMine to your customers. Sign up for e-Service and you can add a portal on your website where your customers can log in and see their own profile.

Here are some of the functions made available to your customers:

1. View all the vehicles they own.
2. View the service history for each vehicle.
3. View the detailed VIN explosion data for each vehicle.
4. View special order parts that have been ordered and the status of the order.
5. View all vehicles they purchased.
6. View all the appointment history whether it was booked in your DMS or DealerMine.
7. Add a new vehicle to the file which gets pushed to the DMS.*
8. Change vehicle information which gets pushed to the DMS.*
9. Change customer information which then gets pursed to the DMS.*
10. Create, Modify or Delete an appointment which gets updated to the DMS.*
11. If they are currently not a customer, they can add themselves to your dealership where e-Service will create a new file in the DMS.*
12. Simply book an appointment without logging into the system.

This is a nice service to extend to those customers that enjoy self serve, but it certainly does not replace the use of a BDC to maintain and build relationships.
