FETCH is a signature DealerMine product. This product gives you the power to pull data from DealerMine which, because we integrate with the DMS, is in fact your DMS data along with DealerMine specific data. The only thing that limits the possibility of FETCH is your imagination.

Come up with a campaign that gives you a reason to use FETCH. A common one would be a campaign for Private Sales. Using the user friendly FETCH interface, go and get the data you need. Once the data is in view you can decide to do any number of the tasks described below.

1. Send a customized letter
2. Send batch emails
3. Let FETCH decide what to send. You can choose Email/Letter and the system will send an email to the customers on the list with an email and a letter to those customers with no email
4. Send the campaign to automated calling system
5. Send the campaign to your salespeople’s calendar to make calls
6. Send the data to excel for data massaging
7. Global Sweep the campaign against other campaigns. Using this feature during private sales is a great way to ensure that you don’t over invite your clients.
8. Send the campaign to your Business Development Centre to make live calls.
9. Build your list then use our Print Fullfillment Centre to produce professional grade printed material and distribution at a very competitive rate.

The Sky is the limit with what you can do. We make it very easy for you to reach your customers. The turn off feature of DealerMine is completely integrated with the FETCH module, so you don’t need to worry about sending undesired correspondence to a customer who has asked not to receive any.
