The Star Rating System
DealerMine has created a unique "Star Rating" System that takes each and every one of your customers, and ranks them based on six key criteria to calculate the value of each customer. This "Star Rating" is displayed prominently on each customer's file.
Each month the system recalculates the customer's -"Star Rating"- and measures and trends any changes either for better or worse. The only way to increase the Star Rating is to build strong relationships with your customers using DealerMine’s product and training. Over time, you will see the Star Rating increase. Each of the six categories that make up a customer star rating also have their own inherent ten star rating, so you will know exactly which category you need to improve or build upon.
The customers are then grouped to calculate the Dealership's average rating so you can see what your Dealership's Star Rating is. DealerMine then takes the Dealership Star Rating and has created a composite that compares your Star Rating amongst all other Dealerships that also are using DealerMine. You will know exactly how you stack up in relation to other Dealerships. Are you curious to see your standing?
The Influence Rating System
Who else does the customer know that does business with you, and how influential is this particular customer on your customer database? Like the Star System, DealerMine calculates how influential each customer is, and differentiates them on a scale from one to ten. The scale is represented with ten human icons on the main Customer Profile Screen. Clicking the little icons will show you who the customer knows, how they know them, and the influence they have had if any, on these customers. Dimension Number One
Dimension one is simply the customer's own information. The same stuff you are accustomed to viewing. Service history, vehicles, notes, contact history etc.
Dimension Number Two
The combined views of the "Star Rating" and "Influence Rating" in conjunction with the First Dimension view, comprises the second dimension.
Dimension Number Three
Think Social Media. All conversations that are occurring on the customer’s social profile are integrated with Dimension Number One and Dimension Number Two.
