Schedule Maintenance
You can use Factory Recommended Schedules and/or combine those with your own customized schedules. You can break the schedules down right to the vin decoded options. You can have them setup to come up at any interval you may want, and with your own suggested recommendation(s). DealerMine will listen to your instructions and make it happen by following through.
Unsold Follow-up
You will want to contact your Prospect four hours after they leave the showroom if they did not purchase a vehicle, or contact them 18 hours thereafter. It doesn’t matter. You build the schedule and DealerMine will execute as you direct it to.
After the Sales Follow-up
Build as many or as little contact schedules as you wish. You can create an After the Sales CSI Call, or letter, create Anniversary Calls, Lease Return Calls etc. You build it and DealerMine will do it.
Full Integration
