The Product
The DealerMine BDC is a fresh take on an outsourced BDC. Gone is the standard outsourcing industry practice that made customers and Appointment Coordinators random “next in queue’' for each other. Your customers will come to know your DealerMine Appointment Coordinators as if they were a member of your team in your dealership. Your Appointment Coordinators will come to know your customer as they speak with them service after service. With years of BDC expertise under our belts, we've learned to balance the fine art of technology and intimacy, in effect leaving an unmistakable impression on your customer.

Unlike a call centre, our BDC is a one-to-one relationship. We hire an individual to work specifically for your dealership. Because we believe that relationships need to be created with your customers, we extend our philosophy to the Outsourced BDC.
