The backbone of our business is to provide your Dealership the tools and processes necessary so as to foster and build long lasting relationships with your customers. Having said that, the aim of our Technical Support Team is to build equally positive, strong, ongoing relationships with you – our customer. We have always believed the core of sustaining great relationships with our customers is honesty and integrity.

Over the years we have built a very experienced, solid Technical Support Team here at DealerMine. For example, there is a combination of 40 years experience solely within our support team. Our culture is about team work, commitment, and a strong work ethic. We often collaborate with one another to help solve your most difficult issues. When we are faced with an extra tough challenge you can be sure we will do everything necessary to get the job done. During the process we will keep you up-to-date until the issue is resolved. Providing top notch customer service is our number one priority. Our long standing customers can attest to the great relationships they have fostered over the years with our Tech Support staff. We strive to make every customer contact an easy, helpful, enjoyable Experience.

In addition, we have a customer advocate that will contact you at certain touch points, to ensure your overall satisfaction with our Support Team. If for any reason you were not satisfied with a particular resolution or your experience with our staff, please let us know immediately, as this is the only way we will be able to improve our service to better meet your needs.
